I want to thank you for this valuable information. As a new Ezine author, I noticed one of my articles published two times on the same website with my author bio and link removed.

Another website published only the first paragraph of my article and then linked it to an un-related forum. It takes a good bit of my time to write a proper Ezine article only to have people come along and violate the publisher rules.

I did e-mail the webmasters to remove my article or put my bio information and link back in. Now I know what to do if they don't. Thanks again.

Fantastic work, my friend. Your were both entertaining and enlightening.

I only with that this lady (Griggs) was a quarter as competent as you. Maybe we would not have to be watching her commit slow, painful, career suicide.

Well that's a fine mess being cooked up in the kitchen!

We often have to take inspiration for and information from other content somewhere, but for someone with the amount of experience that this editor claims to have, they ought to have known better than to just steal content.

Her responses indicate a complete lack of ethics, and the use of a term like "my bad" is highly unprofessional as well.

We all want our blogs and web sites to do well, but theft and lack of professionalism can only result in a short term gain.

Last thing you want to do of course is upset the Google Gods - a site that is blocked from Google and a person that is banned from Adsense has lost their creditability for sure.

It will definitely be interesting to see how this ends up and if she is hit with a huge bill at the end of it.

Good recap. the only thing i wanted to point out is that it's pretty obvious the NEW "cooks source magazine" is just a joke page. People apparently believe it's real; but it's an attempt at irony - a direct rip-off of the original cooks source page. Even "judith griggs" posting in there, if you read her facebook profile, mentions that she is loves "all things in the public domain". It's still quite hilarious.
